This is a very rare promotional CD. It was issued by the label in 1998, and features the only release of William Olvis' Main Title from "Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman", which - at that time - was still scheduled to be released by Sonic, but then got canceled due to an issue with the musicians union. Very rare! 

The CD has no artwork or booklet. The track list is on the CD face. Some shelf wear, no big issues with the CD itself. Guaranteed to play.
